IS-PA 2007 is a multiuser IT solution for the Certification Authority, which controls EU institutional framework 2007-2013.
IS-PA 2007 cover the following tasks:
  • automatic importing from other data sources (accounting software, bank notes, Managing Authority)
  • transactions registration on its bank accounts
  • registration of individual Claim for Reimbursement
  • follows a single financial circuit for all Claims for Reimbursement
  • performs automatic internal controls (numerical and logical checks of data submitted)
  • records additional “manual” checks on substance of the information provided with the Claim for Reimbursement
  • prepares statement of expenditure and application for payment at programme level per fund

Central Database System Solution

A special relational database model was developed for the Central Database System for IMAD. It is capable of handling numerical multi-dimensional matrix data.
Solution has two GUI presentations - Winforms and Web. Data are replicated between SQL servers. Web application handles only read-only requests and is similar to Eurostat statistical database.
Custom OLAP modules are included as well.
