Information system for Paying Authority of Ministry of Finance Republic of Slovenia. IS-PA serves the Paying Authority for structural and cohesion funds of European Union. Information system supports financial managing, controling and supervising of the Paying Authority:
- Approving Claims for reimbursements addressed to the Paying Authority
- Providing reports for European Commission (application for payments etc.)
- Creating claims for payments to EC
- Creating annual reports for financial executions
- Handling all european fund accounts
- Handling payments from EC
- Creating forecasts of Claims for reimbursements
- Recoveries creating and reporting
- Handling Chart of accounts
